Shipping Information
All orders are shipped FOB Dallas, TX. This term FOB means that the buyer takes delivery of the goods being shipped by a supplier once the goods leave the supplier's shipping dock.
While we can guarantee the date an order ships from our plant, we cannot guarantee the exact amount of shipping time. This risk must be assumed by all dealers and their customers. Please note that all orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Alternate shipping methods are Overnight, 2Day (2 Business Days), or Express Saver (2-4 Business Days) to expedite delivery since the exact shipping time cannot be guaranteed on any order. Please indicate if you have any special shipping needs on your order. We can ship via UPS but you must include your UPS account number on the order. We can drop ship to your customer as long as you provide complete instructions and shipping address. We only charge the additional charge from our freight carriers for drop shipments. We will not be held responsible for orders that delivery can be confirmed without a signature, but reported lost. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged or delayed orders.
MATCHES & HAND SANITIZER - All orders for matches or hand sanitizer must ship via Ground Services Only and Can Not Be Shipped Internationally.
PACKAGE INTERCEPT & REROUTE FEE - $18.00 (X) per package.
SPLIT DESTINATION SHIPMENTS - $5.00 (X) per location.
3RD PARTY SHIPMENTS - $2.50 (X) Handling Charger per Box.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We will gladly ship internationally but you must provide your FedEx or UPS shipping account number on your order. All customs and shipping charges will then be billed to your account by the carrier for your shipment. You will still be billed a $2.50 NET Handling Charge per box on your Print Appeal invoice.
